Whitewater Adventure in WVA
We returned from a trip to the New River Gorge area earlier this afternoon. This trip involved lots of exercise. Unfortunately, we do not have any pictures of our trip down the river. We had a great time, though, and look forward to doing something a little more challenging on the next trip--perhaps next Spring. We found a really nice trail to hike/run along the top of a mountain along the gorge. What a sight!

Very cool. Our kids have really enjoyed rafting as well. Perhaps we should plan a family rafting adventure.
I'm all for a family adventure! The pictures are beautiful!
